‍ APSW LLC was established on May 20th 2024 by owner’s Marvin and Sharee (a father daughter duo).

Marvin is a Military veteran who served in the United States Army in 1969. He has always been hands on with building, reconstructing, and creating. When he was a youth, he worked with his father who was the lead maintenance technician at the hospital in Paris, Kentucky where he grew up. Marvin had the opportunity at an early age to learn the entire process of building a house from the ground up with his father and four older brothers who were already in the construction business. This early insight is what sparked his love for building and home maintenance today. In 1988, Marvin became a father to his third child and only daughter Sharee.

Sharee is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio who is decorated with over 20 years of customer service experience. She has learned and mastered the concept of building long lasting relationships through integrity, adaptability, and using analytical skills to build solutions. The beginning of 2024, Sharee had the idea to utilize her skills along with Marvin’s to build something that would create opportunities for their family and community.
